More info

Fenders or mudguards of sports bikes are short, leading to a dirty belly and radiator.
Extenders made of hard materials tend to crack the expensive stock mudguard due to high speed vibrations and hits in pot holes

A light weight, cost effective and easy to install fender extender

  • Neoprene rubber construction
    • Very light in weight
      • Therefore no undue weight on the existing mud guard even at high speeds
      • No cracking of stock mud guard with FFX. Cracking is probable with a hard extender due to various reasons.
    • Very flexible - will not crack or break when tire goes through deep potholes
  • Centrally bonded aluminum seam to maintain desired shape
  • Industrial Velcro with 3M adhesive for an easy and quick bonding
    • Removable for track days or summers when dry roads expected

  • FFX can be used On road and Off road
  • All motorcycles which use a front tyre of 110 and 120mm
  • This includes
    • Kawasaki Ninja 650 all years, Ninja ER-6N, Z800
    • Triumph all motorcycles
    • KTM Duke and RC - slight cutting required

  • The FFX will change shape and distort slightly due to the heat of the engine and exhaust headers. This is normal behavior. With the bonded aluminum strip the shape can be altered as desired.
  • Neoprene rubber will decorate after a long period of usage which will require a replacement. We have tested a single FFX for more than 1.5 years and it is still intact.
  • The FFX is not a great looking product in your hands, but looks fairly well when installed. The current version is hand cut and hand assembled. It will function as required when installed on the bike. If you are looking for a seamless look, search for a hard fender extender.
